Working closely with Woolworths acrosss their Distribution Centre team of PMs, BAs, and SMEs we designed a Salesforce system to replace their existing manual spreadsheet DC approval and rejection processes to help automate and cut out double entries and confusions.

Daikin
We were asked to design Daikins touchscreen for their new AirHUB controls. We designed three concepts, where two were chosen for concept testing. From that one concept was refined to be the product that was launche as the main app for their Airhub Home Airconditioning touch screen control.

Unscripted App for posing and prompts, including webapp and business managment portal required a complete overhaul increase subscriptions via increased usage in an ever more competitive world.
